• To secure pricing and agree to purchase all items named in packages, emails confirmation is required by the Club, this quote must be signed and returned before the expiry date.

• Any complimentary items or discounts included in the original quote are only inclusive if the club agrees to and signs the original quote by the valid date.

• Package deals are only valid until their expiration date as appears on quote.

• Complimentary items are subject to being removed from quote or charged at their full price if
quote is amended.

• 50% deposit required on all products and services above $1000 prior to photo-shoot date.

• 50% deposit required upon booking a photo-shoot scheduled more than 3 months away from the
initial quotes issue date.

• Any changes required on the original quote/packages must be amended and a new quote must be issued. Pricing is subject to change.

• Parents paying individually, all payments to be received before photoshoot
